Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Each bottle is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Partners

We partner with Shiprocket and India's most reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Within India:

  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier availability and local conditions. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders ₹999 and above: Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹999: ₹60 flat shipping charge

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment in real-time using the link provided.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2-3 delivery attempts at the provided address. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery
  • Reshipment charges of ₹99 will apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building security
  2. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at admin@arayascents.com

For lost or damaged shipments, we work with our courier partners to investigate. Replacement orders will be dispatched once the issue is confirmed by the courier.

Address Changes

Once an order is dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses will require the customer to cover reshipment costs of ₹60.
